15 minutes recipes

Start to plate in a quarter of an hour.

Refine with filters

Fifteen minutes is the total from a cold start, including whatever chopping the dish needs, and every recipe tagged here has been written to fit it rather than trimmed to claim it. That constraint decides what is possible: high heat, few ingredients, nothing that has to rest, and nothing that needs an oven to come up to temperature. Where a dish depends on something being prepared in advance, it is not in this section — a recipe that takes fifteen minutes plus an overnight marinade is an overnight recipe.
